The Pride Programme supports LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion within liberal youth movements. It advocates for equality, non-discrimination, and social acceptance, aiming to promote a more inclusive and diverse society globally through advocacy, education, and collaboration. This programme strives to create a world where LGBTQ+ individuals are free to live openly and with dignity, supported by initiatives such as awareness campaigns and policy advocacy.

The Programme Manager is responsible for:

  • Take the lead in driving advocacy and awareness campaigns that promote LGBTQ+ rights and inclusion, championing diversity and equality on local, national, and international platforms.
  • Forge meaningful collaborations with LGBTQ+ organizations and allies, leveraging collective strengths and resources to advance the rights and well-being of LGBTQ+ communities.
  • Plan and execute inclusive events and educational activities that celebrate Pride, foster understanding, and empower individuals to embrace their authentic selves.
  • Ensure transparent and efficient communication with the IFLRY Bureau, providing regular updates and detailed reports on Pride programme activities, progress, and impact.
  • Organize engaging Super Sunday sessions and targeted advocacy campaigns focused on advancing LGBTQ+ rights and combating discrimination and prejudice.
  • Develop evidence-based policy recommendations and resolutions aimed at promoting legislative and societal changes that uphold LGBTQ+ rights and dignity, advocating for inclusive policies and practices
