Pool of trainers
The Pool of Trainers Programme within IFLRY is an essential component of the organization’s capacity-building efforts. By providing expert training and support in leadership, advocacy, and organizational development, it strengthens the skills and effectiveness of member organizations worldwide. Grounded in the principles of Non-Formal Education (NFE), the programme fosters interactive learning experiences, facilitating peer-to-peer knowledge exchange among participants. Comprising young liberal trainers from diverse backgrounds, the Pool of Trainers recruits and trains activists to lead international and local activities within the Federation. With over 30 trainers globally, the programme emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and self-development, encouraging the launch of innovative ideas. Led by the Pool of Trainers Management, they play a pivotal role in organizing and delivering trainings, seminars, and study sessions, collaborating with other thematic and regional programmes. Through comprehensive evaluation and feedback, the programme ensures continuous skill development and enhancement. Ultimately, the Pool of Trainers embodies IFLRY’s commitment to globalizing freedom, serving as a dynamic and engaging community dedicated to advancing liberal ideals worldwide.
