The Caucasus Programme focuses on addressing the unique political and social challenges in the Caucasus region. By promoting conflict resolution, human rights, and democratic development, it empowers young liberals to become leaders in fostering peace, tolerance, and democratic governance. This programme aims to build a stable and democratic Caucasus by engaging youth in proactive and solution-oriented activities, including conflict mediation workshops and human rights advocacy.

The Programme Manager is responsible for:

  • Design and oversee the implementation of projects customized to meet the unique needs and challenges of the Caucasus region, ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Cultivate relationships and collaborate with local and international stakeholders pertinent to the Caucasus, fostering partnerships that advance our shared objectives.
  • Plan and execute Super Sunday sessions and advocacy campaigns centered on addressing key issues within the Caucasus, amplifying local voices and driving meaningful change.
  • Formulate policy recommendations and resolutions specifically tailored to tackle pressing concerns in the Caucasus, drawing upon insights and input from local communities.
  • Maintain transparent and efficient communication channels with the IFLRY Bureau, providing regular updates and reports on activities and developments in the Caucasus region.
