Training of Trainers 2025

The Training of Trainers (ToT) at IFLRY is a unique opportunity in political education, rooted in non-formal education principles. Designed to equip young leaders with advanced training and facilitation skills, the program also offers a deep understanding of inclusive, impactful training methods. Participants gain hands-on experience in curriculum design, managing group dynamics, and utilizing interactive learning techniques. Alongside these skills, they explore key themes such as human rights, democracy, and responsibility. By the end of the training, participants are not only prepared to deliver engaging sessions but also to foster transformative change within their communities.
The seminar is intended for those who have not yet participated in an IFLRY Training of Trainers and is open to participants from around the world, welcoming individuals at all stages of experience.
