Nominations are open until Wednesday 16 March to attend the upcoming 44th session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SB44) of the UN Climate Change Convention as part of the IFLRY Delegation.
Following the successful participation of IFLRY delegates at past UN Climate Change conferences, particularly at the historic 21st Conference of the Parties last December, the IFLRY Climate Change Programme is once more offering interested persons the opportunity to attend an important international event. Taking place from May 16th to 26th 2016 in Bonn, Germany, this conference will concentrate on implementing international climate change agreements. As an organisation with observer status to the UN Climate Chance Convention, IFLRY is welcome to participate in proceedings.
If you are interested to take part, please fill out this nomination form and send it to Tone Bjorndal at tone.bjorndal@iflry.org no later than Wednesday 16 March 2016. Further information is available here and on the UNFCCC website. Please note that unfortunately IFLRY is unable to offer funding for travel and accommodation. We can however issue letters of support should you seek sponsorship from other sources. Participants are not necessarily required to stay throughout the duration of the conference.
