The Programme Manager is responsible for:
- Maintain transparent and efficient communication channels with the IFLRY Bureau, providing regular updates and detailed reports on Latin America initiatives, progress, and challenges.
- Coordinate vibrant Super Sunday sessions and dynamic advocacy campaigns tailored to address the unique socio-political landscape of Latin America, amplifying local voices and driving impactful change.
- Formulate evidence-based policy recommendations and resolutions specifically tailored to address the diverse and complex issues facing Latin America, drawing upon local insights and expertise.
- Provide oversight for regional projects and partnerships within Latin America, ensuring their alignment with local needs and priorities while maximizing their impact and sustainability.
- Engage proactively with local political and civil society groups across Latin America, fostering meaningful partnerships and collaboration to advance shared goals of democracy, human rights, and social justice
